Women’s Wellness and Pre and Post Natal Coach
My philosophy centers on the idea that people are happier when they have an active body, an active mind and they are active participants in their own health. I support women to find ways to do that, even at challenging points in their lives. Traditional gyms and heavy workouts are not for everyone, and I love to help support women to find what works for them and help get them going. Sometimes we get in our own way and unpicking why that is part of my process. I’m not going to give you a list of things I think you should do and then make you feel bad for not doing them. I am going to help you figure out what works for you, in your life, where you are now.
I believe that a lot of the time, we set ourselves up to fail, often unintentionally, and this can lead to a cycle that promotes low self-esteem and an inability to reach goals and fulfil potential. I like to take time with people to really figure out what it is that they need in order to break this cycle and make real and lasting change that will positively impact their lives far beyond my time working with them. I want to empower you to make slow and sustainable changes that will improve every aspect of your life and how you feel about yourself.

Personal Training

Matrescence Coaching
This 3 month coaching package will help you navigate the change of becoming a mother, otherwise known as Matrescence. This will be lead by your needs in this time, but can cover physical health, mental health and any other challenges and changes you are experiencing. You do not need to be recently post-partum. Often women find they have neglected this side of themselves for years after having children, so there’s no such thing as too late!
In-person or online. This is only bookable after a discovery call, as we need to establish if we work well together in order to get the most out of it.
Goal Setting
Setting yourself up for success is fundamental to making lasting change. I offer a one off goal setting class with a comprehensive workbook to guide you through or a year long accountability check-in package where we meet quarterly to readjust goals and help keep you moving forward positively.

Motherhood Groups
This 6 week group, will run at various points through the year. It will be a weekly online call, for moms of under 1’s (who can be with you on the call!) We will cover 6 topics I get asked about the most by new mom’s, including overwhelm, pelvic health, anxiety, and self-care.
