A course to do together to set strong foundations as you prepare to become the best new parents you can be.
This course covers some of the most common issues I see new parents struggle with, and some things you can do to get ahead of those potential issues so that you can get on with enjoying your baby and being the best parents and partners that you can be.
You probably have a birth plan, and have spent hours researching cribs and strollers and done infant classes. But have you considered what you will go through emotionally? Have you thought about the hard emotional stuff as well as the cute baby snuggles and adorable tiny feet?
The good news is you have time to do some work on some of the things that my clients most commonly wish they had done while they were still pregnant. We will cover how to support your physical and emotional recovery in the first few weeks and months. How to support each other and use others for support while maintaining our boundaries. How to nurture and support our relationship, even when we are tired and not at our best.
With videos and some short, easy to do downloadable exercises to do together, you will come out of this course with a much clearer idea of how to support each other and what to look out for to stop small problems getting out of hand.
